Food: Algerian Supper Club

Posted by Caroline Lofts

The Mosaic Rooms continue their supper club programme with an Algerian Supper club hosted by Chris Benarab of Azou Restaurant.

The supper club series aims to celebrate the cooking and stories that surround food from the diverse Middle Eastern cultures found in London. Azou offers the very best in North African Cuisine and this supper club will focus specifically on the rich and diverse flavours found in Algerian cuisine. With stories and discussions guests will have the opportunity to learn about and sample the authentic taste of Algeria and also visit the current exhibition Intervening Space: From the Intimate to the World featuring the work of contemporary Algerian artists.

Chris Benarab is the executive chef at Azou Restaurant. The restaurant is the winner of Ramsay’s Best Restaurant, North African category and was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Watch Azou featured on Ramsay’s Best Restaurant here.

The event will take place on Thursday the 5th June at The Mosaic Rooms in the main exhibition room.

Tickets: £35 (includes a three course meal with wine).
