Wine Tasting is Back at The Troubadour

Posted by Caroline Lofts

There was once a time when the expertise of sommelier Atilio Falco was a regularly scheduled affair complete with a whirlwind ride through the old world. But after a while Atilio got wrapped up in running the Troubadour’s newly opened wine merchant and then, well, the wine tasting options just dried up…

But Atilio HAS COME OUT of his lethargy and will be throwing another of his entertaining and informative tutored tasting revisiting wines from Argentina. You will be tasting some old friends to see how are they faring, an important component of wine knowledge that is often forgotten. You will also get a more profound look at some appellations and new grape varieties. So, more of the same and a lot of the new.

Some delicious Argentinean empanadas will also be served and now a vegetarian version is also on offer, with advance notice of your dietary requirements.

A ticket includes:

Tastings of 10 wines
2 empanadas per person
Crackers & water
The company of other wine enthusiasts for a good 2+ hours
